Questa opportunità suscita in me tanto entusiasmo quanto curiosità.

1. To start our conversation, can you tell us about your artistic journey? Are you academically trained or self-taught?

My passion for art goes back to my childhood. Although I was trained in photography, I am essentially self-taught when it comes to constructing and developing my images. Very early on, I wondered how to transform photography into a true artistic language. After working for many years as a photojournalist for a French agency, I returned to my personal research to develop a creative approach that is truly my own.

2. Do you work more on an internal and intuitive level when creating your artistic works, or is it a more rational process?

There is no precise rule in my creative process. Sometimes a pre-prepared photographic background sparks an idea or a theme. Other times, a thought or an emotion drives me to find the exact image that can translate it visually. Creation is thus built through a continuous dialogue between intuition and intention.

3. Why did you decide to participate in this important Parisian event at the prestigious Carrousel du Louvre?

I have known about this event for several years, and it is a true honor for me to take part in it today. The Carrousel du Louvre is a place full of symbolism that holds a special spot in the artistic imagination. This opportunity brings me as much emotion as it does curiosity.

4. What do you expect from an event of this kind?

I am not expecting anything in particular. I am curious to meet the visitors and hope to make some wonderful connections.

5. Can you tell us about the work you are exhibiting?

Yes, this work belongs to a new series. It is presented as a backlit lightbox—a medium I am passionate about because it extends and strengthens the visual and emotional dimension of my artistic universe.

"Between One Eternity and Another" was born from a reflection on the tiny portion of time we are given between two infinities. The piece explores the beauty, fragility, and uniqueness of this existence shared with those around us.
